For e.g. this "maaneDu" is not known all over. In kRshNa Dt. (also in
gOdaavari-s ?) they use "aDDam" (am I spelling it rightly?), which is apprly.
equal to "renDu maanelu". In raayalaseema and Nellore Dt. there are different
usages. How about natives of that area listing such words? Similarly from
north-coastal districts.

(thread started by Muddana Sekhar and a long followup by Ramakrishna
