It looks like Dr. KV Rao is out on vacation. The RIT file on india.bgsu.edu
is truncated and I received complaints that they are not able to
download it. Can anybody provide me a facility for uploading files myself?

This is important not only for RIT, but also for further software development
like Lekha which is likely to change fast. Ratnakar and Suresh, can you guys
help?
