Snow in Telugu literature (was Re: tiruppa'vai)

How come the samasyApuraNa wizards haven't come up with samasyalu
about the snow yet? ;-)

Seriously, what kind of mention did snow receive in traditional and
contemporary telugu literature? Being a far-off and practically
unseen thing, did it fascinate the poets? I would imagine some of
the works devoted to Lord Siva would have had a wonderful description
of its beauty (kailAsam being in the himAlayas). I can imagine
several other contexts too. Any pointers/information?
