As it stands now, although all telusa postings are available to the public
through the web site, we are not to forward these postings or digests
outside of telusa. Although there was no discussion before creating the
web site, there has been considerable discussion in the auto-copy issue,
and so I would like to propose that we decide by vote. Of the two
listowners, Mr. Ratnakar has not commented on this matter, so I would
request him to collect and count the votes. I am not even sure that he is
in town, so this may have to wait.
