detroit/
Slides from a presentation at the Technology Session of 3rd America Telugu Sahiti Sadassu (Detroit), Oct 19-20, 2002. Note: We finally have a good technology infrastructure for telugu (see the presentation for more details) that's now under adoption by leading software vendors. Thus, I strongly discourage any more use of the old hacks such as Tikkana, Rangavalli and Rangavallika except for reasons of backward-compatibility. Please see intro to aksharamala for telugu to get started.
